And who doesn’t love a bit of chocolate?


Banana & Avocado Chocolate Mousse
This delicious recipe couldn’t be easier to make and is utterly more-ish…and it is healthy too – winner!!
Ingredients:
½ ripe avocado
1 ½ ripe bananas
1 tbs raw cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1tsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Crushed pistachios/almonds
Put all the ingredients in a blender and wizz until smooth
Divide between 2 ramekins or small coffee cups, sprinkle with a
scattering of crushed nuts, and serve on one of our small trays.

Not a mousse fan?

Then keep it light and dip some juicy strawberries in melted chocolate
(we love 75% dark chocolate and have been demolishing Pump
Street and L’Esterre bars, both of which are made by brilliant artisanal small producers).
Leave to cool on a piece of baking paper in the fridge.
