Delivery & Returns

UK Standard Delivery

We try to send out orders as quickly as possible, and they should arrive within 2-4 working days. Although during busy periods there may be a longer wait of 5-7 working days.

International orders may be subject to Custom duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. There may also be unexpected delays in shipping. if the duties are left unpaid, or if a customer rejects their item at the time of delivery, the shipping cost to return that item will be deducted from the original product price  


Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please follow this link to process your return and see instructions below. 

The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please get proof of postage. Providing the item(s) are in perfect condition, as soon as they are returned to the warehouse we will issue a refund

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to Returns Request at the bottom of the home page.

1. Log in to your account:

  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damaged Goods
I will of course replace items if they are defective or damaged before you open them. Please contact me and I will send details for returns.

Gift cards and sale items are non refundable.
