UK Standard Delivery

I try to send out orders as quickly as possible, and they should arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Although during busy periods there may be a longer wait of 5-7 working days - please bare with me as I run the business on my own with 3 children and 2 dogs nipping at my heals!

International orders may be subject to Custom duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. There may also be unexpected delays in shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please get proof of posting as if the parcel goes missing then you will be required to cover the costs of the product. I will be happy to issue a refund.

Damaged Goods
I will of course replace items if they are defective or damaged before you open them. Please contact me and I will send details for returns.

Gift cards and sale items are non refundable.
