Where are Turnbull & Hooch products designed?
Our collections are designed by Turnbull & Hooch founder Sarah Turnbull, inspired by a love of interiors, colour and entertaining at home.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are handcrafted or hand-finished, particularly our enamel pieces. This means each item may have small variations or imperfections that make it unique.
How should I care for enamel products?
Our enamel pieces are durable and designed for everyday use. To keep them looking their best:
• Wipe clean with a soft cloth
• Avoid harsh abrasives
• Do not leave enamel products in direct sunlight for extended periods as this may fade the colour over time.
Can your trays carry drinks and glasses?
Yes. Our trays are designed to be both beautiful and practical. They are lightweight but sturdy enough to carry drinks, glassware or snacks around the home or garden.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we offer shipping within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location.
Turnbull & Hooch operates from both the UK and Kenya, with a growing presence in East Africa alongside our UK business.
Do you have a Kenyan store or website?
Yes. Turnbull & Hooch also operates in Kenya with a dedicated Kenyan business and website serving customers across the region.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within a few working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note at busy times of year our delivery times may vary.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can request a return within the timeframe specified in our Delivery & Returns policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased in a sale.
Do you offer gift options?
Many of our pieces make wonderful gifts for housewarmings, birthdays or celebrations. You can also send items directly to the recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout. We also offer the option to write a personal gift note to your recipient at checkout as well.
Will items come back in stock if they sell out?
Some of our most popular pieces do sell out quickly. If an item is unavailable, we recommend signing up to our newsletter or following us on Instagram to hear about restocks and new arrivals.
Do you offer wholesale?
